David Webster

Co-Founder & CEO

With almost 20 years experience in marketing and advertising, David has been at the forefront of some of the most innovative work in Asia for brands such as Nike, Netflix, Uber, Google and Samsung among others. He's won over 140 creative and effectiveness awards in his career and helped lead his previous agency to win AdAge International Agency of the Year in 2018.

Paulo Felisbino

Co-Founder

A multi-platform professional, with experience ranging from entertainment to experiential, digital content, advertising, TV and film, Paulo has delivered blockbuster award winning projects across all five continents. He has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands to realise their market potential, such as Chateau de Versailles, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Cartier, Condé Nast, Disney and Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

Nico Abbruzzese

Co-Founder

Global experience spanning 2 decades, in advertising, digital, creative tech, experience design and content creation, Nico has lead global brands, like RedBull, NBC Universal, Fiat-Chrysler, Vodafone and many others, fuelling their growth globally, through creativity, innovation and leadership.

Kashi Somers

Head of Brand

Kashi is an award winning Creative Director, balancing art and commerce. Recently she has created shows, content, campaigns, experiences and collaborations with people such as: VICE (as Creative Director), Rihanna's Creative Director, Lady Gaga's team, Google, ShowStudios, Nike, Adidas, Samsung, AMEX, eBAY, Belvedere, Bacardi, The Met Gala, Coachella, 20th Century Fox, Universal Pictures & Music and many others.

Nathan Bell

Nathan has anchored his career at the intersection of research, strategy, design and cultural change. With over 25 years in advertising, brand strategy, large format immersive technology and the built environment, Nathan has led some of the world’s most pioneering brands, cities, and institutions to solve complex design and societal problems.

Annalisa Angelini

Head of Culture

A multi-talented professional with a passion for supporting and creating positive transformation both in organisations as well as individuals, Annalisa has more than 20 years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager and Executive Producer mostly in Media, Publishing and Communication Industries together with International Consulting Companies focused on Transition and Installation of Relational and Innovation skills.

Candice Teo

Head of Operations

Multi-faceted professional with combined global management consulting and industry experience, specialising in strategy to implementation of technology enabled solutions. Candice has led business and digital transformation projects with brands like DFS, Coca – Cola, Inditex Group, Dairy Farm Group both in-house and at consulting firms PwC and Cap Gemini.
